EDA turned the second annual conference into a convention for our members. The event, which was held in Philadelphia, focused on drafting and approving a basic platform for the organization. It detailed EDA's vision, mission, structure and responsibilities. It also called for elections immediately following the convention. Since its signing on June 17, 2018, this Cooperative Charter has proved to be a durable document for guiding EDA and has served as a template for other organizations.
