We’ve arrived at a critical point in human history. Society is using resources faster than Nature can replenish them. What will happen if we continue on the same path?
We can find solutions that will benefit everyone if we work together. Solutions will have to make sense for businesses—that’s economics. It will need to consider how we can protect our basic needs like food, water and energy so that they will be there for future generations—that’s resources. And it will require research, discussion and a willingness to engage with our governing system—that’s democracy.
